LVP flooring services

We do one thing: luxury vinyl plank. Everything below is part of getting that floor in correctly — the install itself, the removal that comes before it, the subfloor work underneath it, and the stair and transition details that finish it.

LVP Installation

Full-home and room-by-room luxury vinyl plank installation — click-lock floating and glue-down, over wood or concrete subfloors.

  • Rigid-core (SPC/WPC) click-lock floating installs
  • Glue-down LVP for slabs, radiant heat, and heavy-traffic areas
  • Layout planning so plank runs follow sightlines and window light
  • Baseboard removal and reinstall, or shoe molding where trim must stay

Replacement

Tear out carpet, tile, laminate, or failing vinyl and replace it with luxury vinyl plank — including haul-away and subfloor repair.

  • Carpet, pad, tack strip, and staple removal
  • Tile and thinset demolition with dust control
  • Failing laminate or sheet vinyl removal, including stubborn adhesive
  • Subfloor repair: squeak fixes, panel replacement, patching and leveling

Subfloor Prep

Flatten, patch, fasten, and moisture-check the surface under your LVP so seams stay tight and the floor stays quiet.

  • Straightedge flatness mapping across the full install area
  • Self-leveling underlayment and patch compound on concrete and wood
  • High-spot grinding on slabs, including trowel ridges and drywall mud
  • Squeak elimination: screwing panels to joists, shimming, blocking

Stairs & Transitions

Stair treads, risers, and nosing in matching LVP, plus flush transitions between rooms, tile, carpet, and slab height changes.

  • LVP stair treads and risers cut to each individual step
  • Matching or coordinated stair nosing, securely fastened and bonded
  • Landings and winder (pie-shaped) steps templated for a tight fit
  • Carpet-to-LVP, tile-to-LVP, and LVP-to-LVP transitions
